General

• I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. A full refund will be provided in the case I cancel the commission, including the down-payment.
• A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total commission cost is due upon the start of sketching. Sketching will commence within 24 hours of receiving payment.
• Major changes will cost extra, and will be discussed at that time.
• The time it takes to finish your commission will vary based on the complexity of the piece and current availability.
• If the video will include music / voice acting, please have this ready BEFORE commissioning an animation.
• If you need the art by a deadline, please let me know before I start sketching. Additional costs will apply if there needs to be a rush order.
• All projects will be discussed with my team, for scheduling and assistance.
• If a project is canceled/abandoned by the client, I have the rights to use any work made for portfolio or repurposing.

How to Commission

1. Fill out the commission form or contact via Twitter.
2. Have the following ready: Commission Type + Use of Art, References + pose/expression ideas, character info (optional), deadline (optional).
3. I will review the request and reach out for clarifications and to confirm.
4. You'll be provided the ToS and a price quote.
5. An invoice will be sent. A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Work begins within 24 hours of receipt.
6. The first sketch draft will be sent for feedback. Major changes will incur a fee.
7. On final sketch approval, the remaining payment is due.
8. Updates provided at least once every 14 days.
9. The final product is sent for review. Minor changes can be discussed.
10. On acceptance, full resolution clean version is sent.

Copyright & Usage

Artist: I retain copyright over all commissions unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customer: You may not trace, copy, remove watermarks, or claim ownership. Proper credit must be provided. NFT/AI use is strictly forbidden.

Commercial use includes: advertising, promotional items, event promotion, collabs, debuts.

Not allowed: digital or physical merchandise sales of the art.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• 50% non-refundable deposit required before work starts. Refunded only if the artist cancels.
• Chargebacks result in blacklisting.
• On cancellation, I have rights to use any work for portfolio.
• Deposits not paid within 48 hours may result in cancellation.
• Final payment not received within 48 hours may result in pausing or cancellation.
